Dr. Jennifer Hertz is a board certified Orthopedic Surgeon specializing in the treatment of hand, wrist and elbow including microvascular surgery, arthritis, trauma/fractures, occupational and sports related injuries.
Dr. Hertz is a native to Southern California who completed medical school at Keck School of Medicine at USC and graduated with distinction and was junior AOA. She completed an Orthopedic Surgery residency at LAC+USC County Hospital. Dr. Hertz then spent a year being trained at the Philadelphia Hand Center specializing in hand and upper extremity reconstructive surgery. She is candidate member for American Society for Surgery of the Hand (ASSH), American Association for Hand Surgery (AAHS) and American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons (AAOS).
Dr. Hertz believes that patient care needs to be tailored to the individual and enjoys finding a treatment plan whether conservative or surgical to help each patient maximize their function and minimize their pain.
Dr. Hertz’ practice accepts most major insurance plans, and she speaks both English and Spanish.
